We’re getting a colorful layout for the spring time, so obviously, keep your eyes open!
A few new additions to the site will be a delightful event with some speed thread options.
Two new ‘blogs’ for the site. Gossipy goodness and basic Graham news.
Also, we’ve added a new admin to our team! Summer. She’s delightful, as you will see. We’re still looking for a few new team members, so if you are interested, please contact one of the admin and we’ll talk further. (: Thank yooou.

hello beautiful everybody. thank you for sticking with us and becoming a part of our happy family. we truly do love you for it. texas is our baby. take a look at the sidebar and see the spotlight characters. congratulations to them all! you are wonderful. and beautiful. and help make us who we are. so we’ve got a few things to talk about.
activity: there isn’t a problem with it, mostly, we just want to let you know we are going to go in through an activity check! one that requires you to be in one thread with each of your characters. now, the only exception to this would be if you join the day that this is posted. while we encourage it, we know sometimes it takes a little while to get settled in and plotted out. so we’re not going to rush you, by any means. we just want to make sure that everyone’s getting it on together sites need threads to keep active! if you are looking for a thread or have an open one that you’d love someone to reply to, check out our open threads thread! also, take this time during activity checks to delete characters you do not want. we will not think any less of you. sometimes, characters don’t work out or we lose muse. feel free to even rework them! we want you to be comfortable and happy so you stay with us.
the buddy system: so we’ve been going over how to do it, and i think to perfect it will just be a game of trial and error. it is going to be optional. there will be a thread for you to sign up, if you want to be a buddy, and i think the most appropriate way to do it would be by member, not character. that way, you can pick the character(s) that work best for plotting since we have a vast range of ages on this site. if you are still new and haven’t been sorted yet, or would feel comfortable with a buddy for plotting issues, you can sign up to get buddies, too! i will have a thread up shortly that everyone can sign up in.
the female ban: the female ban is still in effect, i am sorry to say. but after the activity check, and whether we look over the faces that have been cleared up/cleaned out, we will review it again! remember with the female ban, it only bans original females. you can still look at requests, fill requests, and have a bunch of canons! so please do not fret. it will get better soon, and be evened out. thank you for bearing with us. we really appreciate it.
iast has a tumblr!: this is the newest addition to the site. we decided it would be fun to make iast a tumblr! we will post updates, spread gossip, make beautiful photos for you to reblog of characters, requests, and just plain nonsense. if you want to request something for your character on the tumblr, just drop the request in the ask box. if you want to spread drama about a character or a rumor? drop it in the ask box. if you have questions that you don’t feel comfortable asking, the anonymous is on, but please don’t abuse that. it disgusts me to see the mean things that people post when they hide behind anonymous. it’s very sad! we hope that it helps with the hype. so if you have a tumblr, you should follow us here. you can also see that the spotlight characters are our rotating banners! to show you beautiful people off even more.

there are a great deal more of females over males. we are currently placing a ban on females unless they are either a canon or for a request. there are no negotiating this. make a male, that’s the end of it. we’re sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but it would have become an inconvenience for the entire site if it was all females and no males. thank you for understanding.
hey again everybody. all thanks to you members for making it awesome. we’re so happy with the outcome, but we’ve got a few things to bring up. nothing bad, just reminders and what not. first off, we’re going to have our first site event. graham hoe down. line dancing, drinking, it’s pretty much a huge town event, but if you don’t feel like your character fits in there, that’s okay. no problem. but it’s up now, so feel free to post in there! next up is spotlights. we’re gonna have nominations rolling for a week or more, so post in here with the form at the bottom. we’d really appreciate that! no need to double nominate, think of something else! this isn’t voting yet, just nominations. (:
we’ve currently got a ban on females, sorry about that guys, it was just getting to be an extremely crazy amount. making females for requests or canons is still okay, but no more original females! again, we’re sorry for any inconvenience, hopefully we can lift it soon though. we want everyone to be able to have the freedom of making a male or female, but it’s just a bit crazy at the how uneven the ratios are, so for now, there is that ban. also, don’t forget to claim your faces! we wouldn’t want you to lose one for forgetting to claim. other than that, you guys have been really really great, keep posting, being active, being awesome.
and just so you guys know on our inactive rules, if you haven’t signed on in five days, you’re going to be placed in the inactive and your face claim/canon/ect are up for grabs. if you don’t sign in in another three more days, you will get deleted and wiped out. just post in the absences and we will totally understand! we think that’s a very lenient system, so that’s the way it’s gonna go. thanks for reading guys.
hey everybody! we’re very glad with the outcome of the site for only being open for almost three full days. so this is just a small announcement about a few things. for one, don’t forget to claim your face! you don’t want to lose it just because you forget to claim it so try to do that right after you get accepted. make sure you check the wanted faces thread before requesting, and if we forget to fill in a canon, just let us know and we’ll go ahead and fill it in for you. please feel free to pm admins with any questions about anything really., that’s what we’re here for.
anyways, that’s all basic things. first thing is first, we’re going to have an event up for you come this weekend so when that’s all set up, we’d love activity in there if you see fit. but either or, keep posting with your characters, keep the threads and muse flowing, and in general, just keep active.
secondly, because i have to say this now, the codes i have made for this board’s threads, like say, this announcement, are for this board. you know that quote button? it lets you get the person’s post and take whatever you may please from it. if i keep seeing it, there will be warnings. that’s how codes get stolen, and codes aren’t always that simple and one two three to piece together. it takes time and patience, and you taking them? it doesn’t make me happy. if you’ve taken something for whatever, i don’t care, just don’t do it again unless you’ve asked. permission people. this goes for everyone, and taking anyone’s anything. that’s stealing. don’t do it, okay? i shouldn’t have to say this.
remember if you make a girl first, your next must be a male. this is to keep ratios even because they are already far from being even. we’re not banning girls, and we don’t want to cause it really restricts the members, but making a male isn’t the end of the world or all that hard. but hey, so just remember, one female, one male before you can make another female.
one more thing, sorry guys, i hate to keep dishing out things at you, but it shouldn’t be surprises here if you’ve read our rules. if you’re making a lot of characters, say, you’re waiting on your fourth to get accepted, you’re going to have to get up threads for previous ones so we can see you are capable of posting for all of them.
besides all that though, suggestions are always nice for a new board, so let us know is there’s anything you’d like done on here and we’ll see what we can do. otherwise, just have fun!
