okay, so here’s what you need to know about tiffani and joey. they’ve been best friends since they were kids. not in diapers. his mother kept him all to herself when he was that young. no, since, like grade school. when she was in braces, and he had a lisp. and the acne was crazy, but she was still more popular than him and loved him anyway. she’s not afraid to put him in his place. if he’s being unreasonable, she smacks him about the head and tells him to stop being an idiot. and she makes him more light-hearted. helps him remember how to laugh and joke around. she’ll take him to see stupid movies. and snap sniped-photos of him looking stupid and threaten to post them on the internet. the way they act around each other is more or less the same as when they were kids. in high school, she invited him to a dance because he had never been to one before. and then she left him to dance with a guy who then became her boyfriend for two years. and in junior year, she locked joey and her best friend emily ACCIDENTALLY into a broom closet. and three years later, they got married.

joey was abused pretty badly when he was younger. and he wasn’t very popular, so his only confidants were tiffani and emily. and they were the only two who ever knew. and he made them promise not to tell anybody. except when joey was a junior, things were getting worse, and he’d spend weeks out of school trying to recover. put it under the guise of allergies. but tiffani and emily knew it wasn’t true. so when joey had to quit the swimming team because of a broken arm, she called the police. and she had very accurately documented what was happening. those random snapshots of him were not just for fun. bruises and dates and all that. all recorded. all used to put mr. russo in jail. and joey, for one year of his life, lived at tiffani’s house with her family.

he never found out that she was the one who helped put his father away. because when cps came strolling around his house, joey was beat up so bad, he landed in the hospital. away from the trial. away from everything. and so he doesn’t know. and if he did find out now, he’d probably be grateful. BUT BACK TO THE OTHER STORY.

joey launched himself into the politics world when he got out of college. started as a lawyer, made his way to congressman, but now he’s a senator. it’s a big deal. but when he was just a lowly little congressman, his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. emily battled with it for two years and then passed away, leaving joey as a single father and a widower. he didn’t even have to ask. tiffani was at his doorstep as soon as she heard the news. she moved back to graham (from wherever she had been). and she’s been helping joey raise ava since the little girl was five years old. zoom forward fifteen years later.

she and ryan try to get him dates. but he won’t get into it. he only goes to please her. he still figures he’s married to emily. that he’d be betraying her if he did that. and more than that, he’s fallen in love with tiffani. he won’t admit it. he can’t. because emily and tiffani were best friends. and that would be the ultimate form of betrayal. tiffani is trying to help joey let go now, and she doesn’t see that he loves her. i don’t know how she feels about him. that’s up to you. i would LOVE IT if she loved him back, but you know. sometimes, that’s not how things work. her face is non-negotiable. but everything else is really up to you. please, please, please take her. and be in for the long haul. i already had my last girl leave, and it was heart breaking.

What Gavin needs is someone that takes interest in him and his achievements and the intelligence that Gavin has when applied. All his life he’s been outshined and overlooked.  He’s been a constant disappointment because Gavin did not end up joining the military and living the dream. With Dr. Sexy, Gavin has someone that looks after him, and Gavin is enamored by the interest Dr. Sexy takes in him. He was one of the professors that went with Gavin to South America, taught him how to work in an atmosphere outside of the hospital. He’s one of the doctors that opened the clinic here in Texas for those who aren’t always up on the healthcare market, and prefer slightly more holistic approaches to medicine (not that the clinic centers around that, but it’s always an option to keep the staff thinking out side of the conventional box). Dr. Sexy is audacious, cocky in his own ways, mouthy, sophisticated. He’s not a Texan doctor. He’s not necessarily down home, not saying that he isn’t the man to bring home to you mother - not that he actually wants to go home to your mother. While he’s had women that he’s dated for periods of time, it’s easier to not have attachment so that he can pick up and leave to travel whenever he may please. He’s not afraid to squeeze where it hurts. He’s cunning, cutting - a mixture of both McSteamy and Mcdreamy - rolled into one, with a little bit of House on the side. His first impression of Gavin was that it was possible Gavin was gay by the way that Gavin looked at him - but they got passed that. Over it. You know. It’s nice to be idolized, though sometimes Dr. Sexy takes advantage of it. Makes Gavin do tasks he wouldn’t always ask of other doctors just because he thinks its funny. He does not think Gavin is as smart as him, but he believes that Gavin could make it work because he has an excessive need to be good at something. He just worries that Gavin’s need to please his father is going to destroy him as a doctor – as he has noticed with Gavin’s absence from work, delayed after his brother’s overdose. Dr. Sexy does not like Charles Darwin. I feel any alpha type  nature would clash. Dominance over who gets a say in Gavin’s life when really, it’s just Gavin.

that’s emilia and her ex fiance in a nut shell for the present time. it all started three years ago. emilia fell in love with (let’s call him john.) john whom was a witness on the case she was working on. the relationship they had built had grown from their, right after the case in fact and from that very moment everything seemed to click. emilia, she was a difficult person to handle. john, on the other hand was the opposite. her mother had mentioned time and again it wouldn’t last but they had. during the three year period the two took tripsto other states, held hands whilst walking along the beach, bought each other basketball tickets and went out on regular dinner dates. they were falling in love. things though all started to change when john proposed. it was meant to be a merry occasion. at least that’s what emilia had thought. she quit her job as a lawyer, her focus now on her loving future husband and the family she’d create. after trying time and again with nothing but fail, the doctor had told the pair that emilia was unable to carry a child. some couple worked through it, others didn’t. unfortunately for emilia, john told her to pack her bags and leave. the engagement ring he had bought her was down the drain and emilia turned to her mother.

i’m not on my own computer, so this is ugly shhh. anyway, this is a request for joey’s wife and daughter. i’ll start with the wife. she’s the love of his life. the only person he ever dated seriously. the only person he ever really talked to about his family. (besides his close football friends, but she was the only one who tried to do something about it). he fell in love fast. i mean, they met in high school, freshman year, and that was that. he was done with any other woman after that. they started dated in sophomore year and got married when they were twenty. it was a bit of a struggle at first, but. just think el and peter from white collar. these two grew up as best friends. best for you to read june’s app because i mention him a few times. he’s a great, great guy. when he was a senior in college, her girlfriend got pregnant, and she was going to abort the baby. he told june at graduation, and she ended up convincing the girlfriend to carry the child to term. babymomma then dropped the kid off at june and bf1’s apartment, and they haven’t seen babymomma since. june was in love with him at one point. but she moved on. and with the attack, their relationship is a little funny. but they’ll work through it. he’s the protective one of the bunch. the dad who makes sure that no one does shit that’s too stupid. he has a kid to think of, you know, so he can’t end up in jail overnight.

2. best friend 2, female, 23, girly girl, kind of a bimbo
bf2 is a bit of an airhead, but she’s really, really sweet. but when she gets drunk, she’s the meanest bitch around. it’s actually quite terrifying. june met her in the second grade. bf2 told june that she should wear dresses and stop dressing like a boy, and june cut off her pigtail. and then in time out, they became best friends. who knew. june kind of tutored her through a lot of classes growing up, but for what she lacks in smarts, bf2 makes up for in determination. she’s the town’s adorable princess. really. she acts like a princess a lot. her parents treated her like that growing up. she wanted to be a horseback rider growing up, but she’s afraid of horses. so it didn’t quite work out. but she’s a bit fearless that way. she faces her fears head on, and she makes june act like a girl sometimes. which june sorely needs.

3. best friend 2, male, 24, gay as the fourth of july, engaged
bf3 is quite the colorful character. he’s your stereotypical gay in that he loves fashion. like. he and bf2 are the stacy and clinton of graham. (and if you don’t know who that is… i’m sorry for your life choices). he dreams of having his own fashion line and running it through graham so that everyone there starts looking like sophisticated people and not hillbillies at the farm. june is impressed with his style, but most definitely not impressed when he and bf2 force her into skirts and make her parade through a bar to show off her “awesome ass”. he’s honestly the world’s best gbf. but stereotypical gay stops at the fashionista thing (and sometimes, the way that he talks, because saying, “girlfriend, you’ve got the best updo i’ve ever seen” sometimes doesn’t quite cut it on the straight scale). but he’s the sassy little bitch you ever did see. if you insult someone he loves… oh man. run. just run. he’s very protective of bf2 because he knows that she can’t really stand up for herself. and he’s planning a wedding. designing all of his friend’s clothes. and he’s asking for their help to plan it. bf3 is very excited. so is bf2. bf1 and june, though? not so much. they’re happy for him, but june has the wedding planning abilities of a drugged up kangaroo, and bf1 has a kid that he’s trying to raise; he just doesn’t have the time. but they do it anyway. because they can’t wait to see him walk down the aisle.

Travis was born to be military which meant that the people he surrounded himself with had always been military, the military brats that were stuck in for life with the expectations to fill certain shoes. It’s Noah’s favorite uncle in the entire world. You see, Noah? He always needs some sense knocked into him - hard, to the back of his head. I’m sure his momma does it plenty. Always. And Noah listens to her (probably more than he listens to everybody) but sometimes, Noah just needs someone to be his friend, not his parent. We will call him Uncle J for now, for the lack of better terms. He’s a good man. Maybe a little rough around the edges, maybe a little foolish every now and then because who’s perfect? But overall, he’s a good man. He’s a hard worker because, let’s face it, what Western isn’t? He’s a lot more vocal than Peter. Speaks his feelings a lot. Maybe even speaks them for Peter because what’s a good brother for? He spoils his nieces and nephews. Tells them now he’ll buy them beer - well, most of them. Except Abi. She ain’t of age! But he’ll tell her that he’ll slip her some behind her parents back. He’ll wink. And then probably gets head slapped by Ellen because he’s nowhere near as quiet as he should be. Maybe he’s juvenile? But not in the way that he can’t be a dad. You can have him be a dad. The more Westerns, the better? In my opinion. Because I think he’d be a great dad. But maybe one of those dad’s who is more like your friend than your dad, which maybe’ll get him into trouble.

Noah, as a child, was always the one to follow his dad and Uncle J around. Noah didn’t really realize he was ever mimicking them, he just thought that little boys were supposed to do man stuff. Like work on cars and the ranch. Just picture little Noah walking around with a tool belt and a can of soda because he couldn’t drink beer. Cutest thing, right? With his floppy blonde hair? Anyways. Noah and Uncle J are close. Probably more like buddies. Who get beer together. When Noah has a problem with his parents (which isn’t often, but it happens) he calls Uncle J. They get beer. He schools Noah in pool. And tells Noah that he should have learned that set of skills from him instead of Peter.

The drama is that Peter is selling the ranch. Selling, like. WHAT EVEN, MAN. Selling to land so they can build a hotel. Noah isn’t happy. He yelled at Peter. Giving him a heart attack. Which means that Noah is going to sit over Peter’s bedside and suffocate him with his presence because Noah doesn’t know what go away means. Uncle J can help with that. Either help is brother or help Noah. Maybe Uncle J knows where Peter is coming from. Or maybe he’s a little offended that Peter didn’t include him. Maybe it’s both. Or maybe Peter did and he was keeping the secret too. There are a lot of choices for drama. Because you have almost five pissy blonde Western children to deal with. That’s fun. Most of them are girls. PMS, much? The play by is Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Forties. Can have child. Can be married. Can be whatever you want. Just know the Western’s are good people. That’s necessary.

i’m going to be requesting a penn badgley for my quinn over here. he needs to be older than twenty-one. preferably around twenty-three since he is twenty four. and and i was thinking that maybe he’s a native? or a local? whatever works. but he needs to have lived here for quite some time. quinn here is new to graham and she has no place to stay. that’s when penn shows up and he sees her in a random place (we can figure out where this is later on) and decides to help her out. she thinks that he has good intentions, but he doesn’t but she’s kind of stupid so she doesn’t know that. personality wise, i was thinking that he could be a douche bag. works at a bar or something and is heading nowhere really in life. he doesn’t know what the fuck he wants to do and his parents keep bugging him to settle down, get married, and have kids. but he’s like, fuck that and decides to do whatever he wants. but he does have some internal problems going on and it’s likely that quinn will keep badgering him about it because she’s nosy and she asks a million questions. she does get on his nerve a lot but he decides to let her stay because he wants to sleep with her butttt he’ll soon find out that if he touches her, she’ll freak out or something. idk, but i think these two would be cute and there can be lots of drama involved. please take him!!!!! and don’t ditch please.
